For too many years the process has been held as a “proprietary” technology by the molding community, each molder holding tight to his own methods. The problem has been however that each molder often “re-invented the wheel” as it were. Each often went through the same learning curve, and their position in the industry was determined by their financial backing resources and their tolerance to the pain along the way.

We see the exact same problems from molders around the globe, there are no “magic bullets” the “other molder” does not know something you don’t. The secrete to success is a “simple formula” of Mold design, Fiber Loading / Process Training, Automated  Injection Process Control, Mold Maintenance and to Automate as much as practical of the process in a cost effective manner.
